Added a 2way SMS system. Now the users can receive SMS in their inbox and they can easy reply to them.
Added a new way of price list view. User can filter results by country and you are able to choose a specific packet to see the actual cost of an SMS in credits and in your preffered currency. Added also a new setting for the cost format of an SMS.
The plugin system for payment gateways has been rewritten to cover more complex gateways.
